Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work for a government client, based in Yeovil.
Main duties include:
-General admin tasks
-Entering data onto systems
-Ensuring that offices have adequate stationary, ordering stock as required
-Answering the phone, dealing with queries and taking accurate messages
Skills and experience required:
-Strong admin, IT and customer service background
-Able to manage own workload
-IT literate, with experience in using Microsoft Office
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 18/12/2020, with a possibility of an extension.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £9.58 per hour
