Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work for a government client based in Exeter.
Main duties include:
-Filing to provide effective record keeping in line with local procedures
-Request and receive information/records from other establishments
-Store records appropriately
-Maintain the filing system of the previous year's files in line with data protection
-Provide administration assistance where required
Skills and experience required:
-Strong admin background with experience in working within an office environment
-Good IT skills and experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Able to work within a team
-Able to manage own workload
This is a temporary contract ongoing until 30/01/2021 with a possibility of an extension.
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £8.72 per hour rising to £8.89 per hour after 12 weeks of work.
