Brook Street are currently recruiting for a temporary Admin Assistant to work for a government client based in Truro.
Main duties include:
-Providing administrative support to all service users
-Undertaking administrative duties such as, data entry using specific computer systems.
-Creating and updating work processing documents and excel spreadsheets.
-Creation, distribution and filing paperwork
-Use of office equipment and undertaking reception duties
Experience and skills required:
-Strong administrative background
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong computer skills, with experience in using Office Systems
-Able to work within a team
This role is working Monday-Friday, 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £8.72 per hour, rising to £11.92 per hour after 12 weeks.
This contract is for until the end of March 2022, with a possibility of an extension.
