Brook street is pleased to offer a temporary assignment working as an Admin Assistant/Complaint Officer (band 4) for NHS England South East, within Complaints department.
NHS England South East provides a complaints resolution service to NHS England for Primary Care and Specialised Commissioning Services. Our team are experienced complaints resolution handlers providing a comprehensive service for patients and carers.
The post holder will support the team to manage Primary Care and Specialised Commissioning Complaints for NHS England across the South.
Working alongside other Regional Teams and Customer Contact Centre colleagues, you will help ensure all complaints are investigated and answered within specified timescales ensuring a responsive, high quality service to the public.
We are seeking applications from individuals with strong administrative and organisational skills and a passion for improving the quality of services NHS England delivers to the public. Previous experience of working in complaints or another patient facing role will be beneficial.
The role is an essential office-based worker role at Oakley Road, Southampton, as key responsibilities will be managing post and scanning for our team.
The minimum hours required will be 12 hours over 3 days, up to 20 hours over 5 days. Available hours and working patterns to be agreed prior to commencement.
Location: Oakley Road, Southampton, SO16 4GX / pay £10.29/hr - initial 12 weeks assignment, possibility extension.
