Job Description

Our Public Sector client in Bury St Edmunds, is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday with hours between 8am and 5:30pm with a 30/60 minute lunch (times will be confirmed at interview stage).

The rate of pay is £8.91 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme is available.

The client is based within the city centre, within a minute walk from the bus station.

The role can be physically demanding as you will be carrying case files across different floors (trolleys provided), please bear this in mind when applying for the position.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

- File management and maintenance
- Checking incoming paperwork
- Carrying case files across different floors
- Create and update records
- Data entry
- General Administration
- Locating files needed by colleagues and ensuring trail notes are added

The rate of pay is £8.91 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
