Job Description

This specialised technical engineering company are looking to add an administration assistant to their growing team

The employer are a subsidiary of a large German manufacturer and are based in Bedfordshire

The job involves taking calls, messages and emails from both customers and suppliers, sales order processing, stock control and purchase order processing as well as overlooking social media activities

This is a multi-fauceted role so would suit somebody who enjoys variety in their day to day working life would thrive in this environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be pro-active, be IT literate and able to travel to Pitstone daily

To be considered for this role you will need to be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel, You will also have working knowledge of either SAGE or SAP

The salary for this role will be up to £22,000 dependent on the candidates prior background and ability to carry out the role in full
