Job Description

Our Public Sector client in Bury St Edmunds, is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

The rate of pay is £10.86 an hour. 37 hours per week Monday - Friday (8-4/9-5).

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

- File management and maintenance
- Checking incoming paperwork

- Answering telephone quires

- Taking payments over the phone

- Processing work from the Judiciary
- Carrying case files across different floors
- Create and update records
- Data entry
- General Administration

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, along with working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data entry, and outlook.

There is a kitchen area for staff to use whereby a Microwave, fridges etc and seating is provided. It is a 2-minute walk away from the town centre which is great for staff - especially in the summer months at lunch. The client is based within the city centre, within a minute walk from the bus station.

The rate of pay is £10.86 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
