New Exciting Opportunity : TEMP ROLE : Immediate Start until the end of October 22.

Monday to Friday - 7 hours a day working 9am to 5pm or 8 am to 4pm
You will be required to work in the office for this role.
£12.45 per hour

Working within an educational setting in Manchester Centre this role is to work on a project to support the onboarding of new staff within the organisation. You will be working as part of a small team to input data onto systems, transfer data from different systems, work very accurately as attention to detail is so important, manage your workload through Outlook inbox's, Sharepoint and Excel spreadsheets. If you have worked within recruitment and HR previously this would be beneficial as you will be conducting Right to Work checks and so a basic understanding of employment principles would be ideal.

You will need the following attributes:

" Have a really positive attitude to helping customers (our managers, candidates, staff, colleagues and students) via email, using MSTeams, Zoom, face to face, and over the telephone
" Ideally have some recent background in a HR Service environment in relation to inputting staff data and the employment of staff
" Be comfortable using multiple IT systems
" Be experienced and comfortable working in a busy office environment
" Be able to work on their own initiative
" Personally resilient and demonstrate a keen eye for detail

The deadline for this role is 9th August and interviews will be held from the 12th August with the successful candidate starting soon after.
