An exciting full time temporary admin position has become available in the Speke area of Liverpool working in the customer services department of NHS Blood and Tissue Services

Temporary Contract until 31/12/23 with the possibility of an extension

Monday- Friday - Office Hours
37hrs per week
10.42 per hour
Job Role - Admin assistant Band 3

Job Description:
General admin duties including processing orders and working with excel spreadsheets. Must be fully computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages.
You will be speaking with patients family regarding donation services, and must be comfortable with this.
FULL training will be given for this role, however experience within an administration and/or customer focused background will be an advantage for this role.

Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
