This role is to work within an extremely well known and established public sector organisation and is based in Newburn Business Park.
We are looking for a skilled administrator to fulfil the role, which will include;
-General admin duties
-Elements of minute takings
-Involvement in a variety of meetings - formal and informal meetings, general meetings and telephone meetings
-Some meetings will require action points and notes
-Preparing papers and setting bidding panels up for meetings
-General business support
-Assist the population of Contracts documentation
-Co-ordination of email documentation from providers
-Ensure all information is shared on the central drive for ease of access
-Manage your own work load
-Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
To succeed in this role, you'll have a varied administration background and have an extremely organised approach to work.
