I am currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join my clients busy and friendly team on the outskirts of Lincoln. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary department, maintaining and interrogating computer systems, to quality control the accuracy and validity of information. You will provide support and assistance within the department, ensuring the smooth operations of it's core tasks.
Carrying out maintenance of manual and computerised records
Generate and issue postal requisitions
Respond to enquiries
Ensure correspondence is recorded on systems
General Admin tasks.
Good IT Skills
Excellent communication skills - Written & Verbal
Ability to use own initiative
Analytical and problem solving skills
Can work as part of a team
Microsoft office competent
