A well-established Government body are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their office based on the out-skirts of Maidstone.
This would be a full-time (37 hours per week, Monday - Friday), temporary role due to run for 3 months initially.
You will be responsible for:
- General Admin
- Data Entry
- Maintain filing system using Excel spreadsheets
Essential skills -
Excel Spreadsheet knowledge is essential such as formulas and formatting.
Ideally you will be:
- Able to work independently
- Interested in working for the public sector
- Pay rate is £7.70 - £8.21 PH for the first 12 weeks, after this the pay will rise to £8.29 PH
- full time/37 hrs per week, Mon - Fri
