Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened up to work full time in a temporary position in Liverpool, within a Government body as an Administration Assistant. This role is for approx 3 months with possible extension.
You will be working 37 hours a week, Monday through to Friday
The pay rate will be is £7.83 per hour for the first 12 working weeks,
The role will involve:
Working on case files and applications for immigration;
- Data Entry
- Opening and distributing post/applications
- Filing, faxing, photo copying
- Working within the team to flexibly to meet targets and deadlines
- Customer service including answering the phone and responding via email
