My client is looking for receptionist to join their office taking incoming calls, and dealing with general queries.
This is a temporary role based in Rochdale for a government department at £8.72 per hour
The successful candidate will be confident in the following skills
Be able to use Excel, Word, have a good telephone manner, providing admin assistance in area of work.
First point of contact for callers booking visits.
Maintain accurate filing systems.
Provide information to other areas of the establishment when requested
Distribute and process all in going/outgoing mail for OMU.
Process outgoing mail
Be able to work under pressure and own initiative where needed
