Brook Street are proud to be recruiting for a temporary Administration Assistant (AA) for the MOJ based out in Branston. The role is for 12 weeks and will require a Basic DBS.
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
" Date & Process purchase orders & demands received for C & E, stationery & prisoners property accurately.
" Once keyed, file in date order ready for sending out Advice Note Reports via E-Mail.
" Deal with enquiries via phone or E-mail from establishment, other divisions and outside companies regarding, shortages, back order or cancellations.
" Liaise with Stock Management teams over stock problems, trends etc, that are ongoing.
" Checking and processing adhoc demands upon request.
" Process orders from the business team and request carriage costs if required.
" Liaising with Transport Manager & Logistics Team leader over delivery / collection dates for urgent items.
" Provide regular updates to line management & Transport Manager on refurbishment. projects and regional problem areas.
" Process information from PSPI regarding urgent issues and record on abnormal form, once processed confirm action to the person who raised the form.
" Clear the fax machine regularly to eliminate urgent requests being missed.
" Answer prisoner property enquiries via telephone or E-Mail.
There is free onsite parking and the location is ideal for local amenities.
The hours are Mon - Thu 08:30 - 16:30 and Fri 08:00 - 15:30, totalling 37 hours per week.
