We are looking for a candidate to work with long standing Clients within the Legal Sector. The position is based within the Peterlee area, and would provide a fantastic opportunity for people looking to work within the public sector
Our client is part of the judicial system, and successful candidates will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able handle various administrative duties and have good IT Skills. The role has been introduced to support their new way of working as part of their business recovery plans. The Client will be adhering to all Social Distancing requirements in line with Government recommendations
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Supporting visitors flow in and out of the and premises, using social distancing guidance and one-way systems, safely and efficiently
Delivering great Customer Service to all business users
Great communication skills and ability to deal with people
Dealing with Incoming and Outgoing Emails
General post In and Out
Some of the above duties will depend on which department you will be based in.
This role is on a full-time basis working 37 hours a week. The pay rate will be £8.72 p/h.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in customer service and administration, have excellent communication skills and be well organised and able to use their own initiative. Proven IT skills would also be of benefit.
This position will require the candidate to hold a DBS. A DBS that is on the update system can be accepted otherwise you would need to apply for one through Brook Street when offered the role.
