A well-established Government body are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Maidstone site.
This would be a full-time (37 hours per week, Monday - Friday), temporary contract due to run for 3 months initially.
You will be responsible for:
- Sending out correspondence
- Sorting out external post
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ideally you will be:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interested in working for the public sector
You must have:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
The following is beneficial but not essential:
- Previous history in working for the Public Sector
- Previous administration experience
- Pay rate is £7.70 - £8.21 PH for the first 12 weeks, after this the pay will rise to £8.29 PH
- full time/37 hrs per week, Mon - Fri
