My Government client is looking to recruit a full-time admin assistant in Salford.
The role is a long-term temporary position, Monday - Friday, no weekend work required.
As an admin assistant, you will be required to carry out the following:
" Collecting and delivering mail to departments across 4 floors
" Distributing files across 4 floors
" Sorting, preparing and dispatching post ready for collection in accordance within agreed timescales
" Use of photocopier and printer
" Filing duties
" File retrieval
As this is a Government client, we will require a criminal record check and 3 years` worth of references.
