My government client is looking to recruit various Admin Assistant's within their busy offices.
The client is looking to recruit on a long-term temporary basis, providing flexible working hours. Your first two weeks will consist of Monday - Friday 9 - 5 (training) followed by flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm.
As an admin assistant you will complete duties such as:
- Filing, photocopying and scanning paperwork
- Collecting and delivering mail to departments across 4 floors
- Distributing case files across the various floors
- Data entry using internal software systems
There are also overtime opportunities (optional) over the weekend if you wish to earn extra money.
As this role is within one of our government clients, you will need to successfully pass compliance. This requires 3 years' employment/education/voluntary references and the ability to pass a Basic Criminal Record Check.
