We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work with our client within MOJ based in Bradford. This is a temporary long-term role.
Hours: Monday- Friday 37 hours per week 9am-5pm.
Pay: £7.83 per hour.
You will be responsible for carrying out general admin duties to meet with the businesses daily expectations. This role requires you to pay great attention to detail in order to produce 100% accuracy rates.
Main duties include:
- Opening post
- Sorting received mail into files and passing to the relevant teams
- Photocopying files
- Dispatching Royal Mail and TNT post
- Processing data on in-house computer systems
The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual who can work independently as well as in a team. Good IT skills are necessary for the role- although you will be trained on how to use the in-house computer systems.
