Job Description

The support team based in Leeds City Centre is looking to expand and develop its team due to natural attrition however they have also been awarded a number of specific projects that need staff to manage this.


We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work for the Tribunal Service working for the Ministry of Justice. The rate of pay will be £7.per hour rising to £7.92 per hour after 12 weeks.

This is a busy role dealing with a various amount of tasks such as:
" Incoming emails and post
" Printing emails identifying the position using the in house computer system and linking the correspondence to the file before passing to the relevant clerk to deal with
" Sending post out at the end of the day via DX and Royal Mail
" The post holder may be required to undertake other ad hoc routine tasks eg photocopying, filing reception duties


The role is available to start ASAP; we would need to get all references back in order to start the role. You will also need to undergo a basic DBS check which will need to come back clean.
