Job Description

We currently have 4 Admin Assistant positions available to work with our client within VOA based in Halifax. This is a long term temporary role.

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm

Pay: £9.36 per hour


Overview:
The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue and Customs.They provide the Government with the valuations and property advice required to support taxation and benefits.


Key Duties include:
- Case registration
- Data inputting/processing
- Search & interrogate electronic and manual databases
- act as first point of contact for enquiries from internal and external customers
- Carry out a range of administrative task and support functions to assist management as requested
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail

Skills required:
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work in a team and independently

Full training will be provided to improve both knowledge and skills whilst working with this client.
