Primary Purpose Admin Assistant Counter Officer
As an Admin Assistant within the Customer Service Offices and Centres you will contribute to safeguarding identity through managing customers arriving to counter services and carrying out related activities to deliver a world class customer service.
Please note, you will need an in date British passport to apply for this role, alongside proofs of address an NI.
Working hours, Pay rate and benefits
- Working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week with an occasional Saturday rotation
- pay is £9.45 p/h
Please note, this is a temporary of 6 months with the possibility of extension. This position has an anticipated start date of December 2021/ January 2022 but you could start earlier pending a successful application for security clearance.
o Greet all customers and visitors at reception and provide appropriate assistance
o Effectively organise the daily appointments, welcoming customers, setting expectations, explaining the process, putting customers at ease and handling queries including complaints
o Check customers in for appointment at the appropriate time, complete required checks and establish if applicant is fit for interview
o Plan and prepare for all allotted interviews, ensuring that any required special arrangements are facilitated
