Job Description

Have you ever wanted to work for the Ministry of Justice? Do you have strong admin and customer service experience? If so, we have the perfect role for you with our client at Leeds Combined Court!

The Ministry of Justice - Admin Assistant
Location: Leeds City Centre (office based)
Salary: £10.95ph
Hours: Monday- Friday 37 hours per week (9-5)

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

Role Overview:
The role will include working as part of a flexible team. This is a very interesting and varied role. The suitable candidate will be required to deal with post clerk duties and maintaining the office inbox.

Responsibilities include:

  • Admin Duties - Court Ushering / Reception work
  • File Management
  • Preparation of Court lists
  • Photocopying / printing
  • E-mail management
  • Telephone calls
