" Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
" Monitoring office email inbox, sifting, linking and delivering to appropriate teams.
" Post opening and dispatch.
" To work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy.
" To deliver a helpful, prompt, polite and "right first time" service to our internal and external customers.
" Use internal case management systems as well as Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
This role is a full-time role, requiring you to work 37 hours per week over Monday - Friday. We have a number of roles based across two locations, and is a temporary on-going assignment based on Hagley Road in Birmingham and in Birmingham City Centre. For the first 12 weeks of the assignment, you will be paid £8.21 per hour before this rises up to £8.28 per hour on your 13th week.
This role is subject to a basic DS check and three years of employment referencing.
You will be required to complete a 3 year full reference check and also complete a Standard DBS clearance via Brook Street. The DBS check will require you to pay £26 for this but this will be refunded back into your account after 4 weeks of continuous work for Brook Street.
