My Public Sector client is currently recruiting for 3 Admin Assistants in Birmingham City Centre
Duties include; Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings. Producing documents. General photocopying and filing. Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input. We are looking for candidates with office experience that have dealt with record management. Maintaining courts filing system - storing files in numerical order and attaching court documents to files. Extracting files and file tracking movement of files using the courts computer system. Entering data on courts computer system and updating solicitors and parties details. Scanning documents and emailing them to other staff and users. Answering appointment line and allocating counter appointments in accordance with specific criteria and booking interpreters. Full training will be provided
This is a temporary on-going position and you will be required to work 37 hours per week over Monday - Friday. You must have a minimum of 6 months administration experience
For the first 12 weeks of the assignment, you will be paid the applicable NMW but this will then rise to £8.28ph on your 13th week of work.
The role is subject to clear referencing and a Standard DBS check (cost £26).
