Our public sector client is seeking Admin Assistants for their site in Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim.
Full training will be provided by our client and duties will include:
" Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail
" Processing external mail ensuring that all contents and payment details are recorded accurately
" Scanning documentation
" Validating scanned documentation ensuring all information is accurate
" Sending, receiving, and processing customer queries
" Occasionally interacting with the public via written correspondence or telephone.
Candidates must have:
" Admin / Clerical experience
" Excellent IT-literacy
" The ability to work quickly and accurately
" A Counter Terrorist Check certificate (Brook Street will assist candidates in securing this)
The successful candidates are expected to commence in May and June 2021, they will work full-time hours, the rate of pay starts at £8.91, increases to £9.35 from week 13 onwards, and increases to £9.40 after 6 months. Our client expects these temporary roles to be for a duration of 6-9 months.
