Are you looking for your next challenge? Look no further! Our client in the Bradford area is looking for an Admin Manager. Your responsibilities/duties within this role will include but are not limited to:

" Quote jobs for the sales team as and when required to do so
" Work closely with Managers/Directors to maintain the Company's ISO Accreditation:
" Look after the Company's Health & Safety policies and procedures:
" Assist in ensuring that all staff are trained to the relevant standards as defined by HSE.
" Facilitate the Monthly Production Meeting and take minutes to issue to all staff so that everyone is kept up to date with what is happening within the company
" You will work closely with Managers/Directors to ensure that all machine/building maintenance is carried out as appropriate and that all paperwork is up to date
" Order/maintain stock of stationery, PPE and uniforms as well as processing ad-hoc orders as required
" Run credit checks on new customers and set up accounts for them on the system
" Help with credit control, sending of invoices etc as required (to cover holidays etc)
" Marketing for the business - including updating the Company website and all social media platforms as well as sending out E-Shots/postal marketing packs
" HR Functions as required

This not to be missed opportunity is Temp to Perm for the right candidate. Our client is offering a hourly salary of £10.50 per hour dependent on experience.

You will be working Monday - Friday and your hours will be between 28 - 32 hours per week.
