Job Description

Are you looking for a new admin role in the Newcastle area? Would you like to gain invaluable experience in the public sector? If you've got excellent organisational skills and a background in administration, please read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity!

These are temporary roles with an expected duration to March 2019 and we are looking for the correct candidates to start as soon as possible.

Working for a public sector organisation in Newcastle Business Park you'll be an essential part of a friendly and sociable team, providing administrative support.

Daily duties will include;
" Booking travel and accommodation
" Organisation of the companies meetings rooms and schedules
" Office stationary orders
" Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email
" General Admin (Filing, Faxing, photocopying
" Daily use of the Microsoft Office Package

To succeed in this role you'll have excellent organisational skills, be proactive and be able to prioritise your workload through multi-tasking, and work to tight deadlines.
