Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £9.78 an hour.
Your duties in include but not be restricted to:
- General administration
- Opening / sorting post
- Answering and resolving telephone/email queries
- Taking payments over the phone
- Data Input / Petitions
- Transporting case files across different floors
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, the ability to work well under pressure and have a good attention to detail. You are required to have Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
If successful, you will be required to hold an in-date Passport or Birth certificate, 2 proofs of address and proof of National Insurance.
The rate of pay is £9.78 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme are available.
