Job Description

Our public sector client based in Newtownards has a vacancy for a Admin Officer to join their team.

Our client has advised us that the role is Monday to Friday (37) hours per week and temporary ongoing

You will be responsible for a variety of Admin duties and supporting Managers with daily tasks

You are a good for for this role, if you have previous administration experience, excellent organisational skills, both written and verbally. You will need to be comfortable using Excel and Word

Our client has requested for shortlisting purposes, you would be required to have 5 GCSE`s between Grades A to C and be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful at the role. Brook Street Recruitment will assist on how you apply for this

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.81 paid on a weekly basis
