Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Ely, requires a strong Clerical Administrator to join their busy team. This is a full time temporary position starting immediately until end of June 2019 starting from £8.35 per hour.

Free parking is on site and is walking distance from the town centre.

You will be covering the reception desk and office duties. You will be able to work independently as well as within a team as you will be the face of the company. Your responsibilities will include some of the following:

- Working through the general inbox and using Word and Excel
- Report any building issues to the Brampton office
- Direct visitors to meeting room
- Sorting the post
- Complete weekly building checks
- Provide information about meeting rooms


This role also includes at least one visit per week to Ely Depot which is approx. ½ mile away. You can drive or walk there.

This is from Monday to Friday either from 8.30am until 5pm with 45 minutes of lunch, or between the school hours of 9.30am till 2.30pm. Pay does include Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
