Job Description

Our public sector client based in BT9 has a vacancy for an Admin Officer to join their friendly team.

Your role is full time hours Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1630 and finish at 1600 each Friday. The role is temporary ongoing. There are several opportunities within this organisation for permanent roles

You will be given full training and support in your new role. You will be providing Admin support to the Senior Management team, which will include using Basic Excel and Word.

You are a good fit for this role, if you have had at least one years administrative experience, have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, pay attention to details and great organisational skills

Our client would require 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C to be shortlisted for this role and if you are to be successful, you must be willing to apply for a Basic Access NI

You will receive an hourly rate of £9.81 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
