Job Description

We've got a great opportunity for a full-time long term temp role in Radyr, to join a fast-paced office, multi-agency team.
Overview:
" Full-time (37.00 hours/week)
" Monday to Friday
" Start date: ASAP
" Location: Radyr / Cardiff Edge Business Park
" Temporary contract for up to 3 months initially but strong likelihood of extension
" Pay Rate: £11.03/hour

This will involve a wide range of administrative functions including being responsible for a set of admin procedures. In addition, the successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Examples of work performed may include but not be restricted to:
Responsibilities:
- Data Input
- Call Handling - liaising with the public and colleagues
- Providing advice and guidance to customers on policies and procedures
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Processing correspondence
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages essential

Typical Experience & Skills:

- Good communication Skills, both oral and written
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Excellent IT skills
- A flexible approach to workload as duties may vary
- All offers are subject to 3 years of referencing checks and a DBS.
