Admin Officer

Job Description

Our client, based in Peterborough is seeking a full-time, Monday to Friday, temporary Admin Officer to join their team.

The rate of pay is £9.06 an hour and will increase to £10.11 after a 12 week period. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

There will be some opportunity to work from home once fully trained.

The Admin Officer will provide administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.

The role includes, but is not restricted to:

- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
- General administration

The ideal candidate must have good communication both verbal and written.

You will be required to have previous administration experience and knowledge in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word.

If successful, you will be required to provide either your Passport or Birth certificate, 2 proofs of address and also proof of National insurance.
