Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Norwich is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis. The hours to complete are 18.5 a week and the rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.45 an hour after a period of 12 weeks.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

Liaising with Court Ushers by telephone
Inputting cases
Preparation of court documents
Answering telephone queries on the phone bank
Listing cases
Email correspondence
General administration

The rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.45 an hour after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
