**Home Working vacancy**
Our client in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a remote Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is £10.86 an hour, working generic office hours (Monday-Friday).
Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
This is a working from home vacancy and all IT equipment will be provided
Your duties will include but will not be restricted to:
o Assisting customers with family matters as part of a busy national call centre
o Providing clear signposting , information and guidance to customers in line with quality standards
o Delivering high quality and timely customer focused service on a daily basis
The ideal candidate will be confident in answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner, IT literate and portray good organisational and time management skills. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.
You will be required to have previous customer service experience. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word is ideal.
Please note: This role will require you to go through a security check so you must be able to provide correct ID documentation. A valid Passport and/or Driving licence is essential as you will need valid photo ID to progress.
