Job Description

Brook Street are seeking a temporary Admin Officer to undertake an exciting opportunity working with a team of people providing administrative support to all Court users, including members of the Judiciary based in Bodmin.

You will be responsible for;

Undertaking administrative duties, which include the issuing of Civil and Family Claims and logging of correspondence using the Courts CASEMAN, FAMILYMAN and PCOL computer systems.

Dealing with Court users both professional and non-professional by telephone, e-mail & face to face.

Collating and distributing statistical data. Undertake post duties including opening, logging and distributing of work. Undertake daily fee processing duties and banking reconciliation.

This assignment has the duration of 1 month paying £7.98 however should this go on for 12 weeks or more the pay will rise to £9.45.
