Job Description

Our client based in Bury St Edmunds are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

The role is Monday-Friday, 37 hours a week. There are long stay nearby public parking facilities available which is only a two-minute walk away from site. There is also a Kitchen area provided for staff to use a microwave, fridges, and seating area which is only a 2-minute walk away from the town centre, which is perfect for the upcoming warmer weeks for a sunny lunchtime stroll.


The rate of pay will be £10.86 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.



The role will include but will not be restricted to;


- Checking any incoming paperwork

- Answering the telephone and supporting with any queries

- Taking payments over the telephone
- Processing work form the Judiciary

-Carrying case files across different floors

-Create and update any records

-Data entry

-General Administration

-File management and maintenance





The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as a team, along with working in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in data entry and outlook is desired.
