Job Description
Our Public Sector client in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team 37hrs per week on a full-time, temporary basis.
The rate of pay is £9.65 an hour rising to £11.30 after a 12 week period. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- File management and maintenance
- Checking incoming paperwork
-Exaptational Microsoft, word and Excel
- Answering telephone quires
- Taking payments over the phone
- Processing work from the Judiciary
- Carrying case files across different floors
- General Administration
-Checking claims and recording them and requesting information where applicable
-Managing inbox
-Filing emails and documents in cloud
-Making Payments in Bankline
-Document management
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, along with working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data entry, and outlook.
There is free on-site parking available. There is a kitchen area for staff to use whereby a Microwave, fridges etc and seating is provided.
