Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn are seeking an experienced Customer Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £11.59 an hour.

The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 11am, totalling 35 hours a week.

Our client offers a great working environment with a free lunch at the on-site canteen. Free access during restricted hours at the on-site gym and other amenities. Due to the remote location you will need your own transport; free parking is available on site.


The role will include, but will not be restricted to;


- Transferring data from an old archiving system into the SharePoint Online System.
- Data entry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Record Management
- General administration


The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of SharePoint online and Microsoft Office and have good communication skills, both oral and written

The rate of pay is £11.59 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.


Successful candidates will need to register with Brook Street, Peterborough and will be subject to three years referencing.
