Job Description
Brook Street are recruiting an admin officer for a government client of ours based in Taunton.
This is a temporary role until 30/11/2022 with the possibility of an extension.
This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday.
Pay rate is £11.28 full time position
Key Tasks:
" Preparing accurate paper records and electronic files for Court hearings.
" Resulting of Courts accurately, interpreting accurately the information required on a Court file.
" Producing Court documentation and orders.
" General photocopying, scanning, and filing.
" Creating and updating records using in-house computer systems and Office 365 applications.
" Post duties
" Producing standard letters, correspondence, and submissions according to guidelines and instructions.
" Undertake listing and rota management duties.
" Prioritise work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy.
" Customer Service: Handling counter (face to face), written and telephone enquiries.
" Delivering a helpful, prompt, polite and "right first time" service to our internal and external customers.
