Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Ipswich is seeking a full-time, temporary Admin Officer to join their team on a Temporary basis. This role is Office based during the training period with the opportunity to work from home on a Hybrid basis once the training concludes.

The role is Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm (37 hours per week).The rate of pay is £10.57 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available. The successful candidate will become a part of a small friendly team working within the property department of the Insolvency Service.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

  • Managing own case load
  • Managing Spreadsheets
  • Reviewing Cases
  • Chasing for required information
  • liaising with 3 parties
  • Corresponding with the Local Land Registry's

The office is based in central Ipswich and is easily commutable via public transport and within walking distance from the bus and train station.

The ideal candidate will come from an Administration background. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and administration skills and be able to work to their own initiative.
