Job Description

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.
Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. It is a cornerstone of our modern society and it must serve all those who call on it, when they call on it. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.

A full time temporary position has come available within Runcorn MOJ.

37hrs per week
11.28 per hour
Job Role - Admin officer
Job Description:
Fines officer Administration duties, dealing with customer e-mail enquiries, using HMCTS database systems, 3rd party systems, Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Full training will be provided for this role.
If successful in your application, an in-depth background and clearance check will be required, including Criminal Record Checks (DBS Checks), Reference Checks (Employment, Education and any gaps) (3 years), Address checks (5 years) and may involve us obtaining character references and/or other evidence to cover periods of unemployment.
