A temporary case admin role has become available within a government body, in the surrounding areas of Liverpool. This role is working 9.00-17.00 Monday to Friday. The role is paid at £8.36 and increases to £9.02 after 12 weeks of work.
The employer is looking for candidates with strong communication, IT and numeric skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an admin position and the use of case management systems.
In this role you would be responsible for:
" providing administrative support within the team, ensuring that staff and service users are supported.
" working in line with policies and procedures, in respect of sensitive and confidential information.
" Dealing fairly, effectively and firmly with a range of service users
" Acting as a single point of contact within the specialist area of work required
" Providing cover for effective and efficient reception, and telephone enquiry service
" Preparing and collating case records and information in accordance with the standards
This role will require a security clearance to be completed before any successful candidate can start work.
