Job Description
Job Title: Administrator - Contract (Temporary)
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: 6-month temporary contract
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
Hybrid Working: Yes
Brook Street is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our esteemed government client based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a dynamic team in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for external training providers, ensuring timely provision of facilities and resources for training activities.
- Produce and procure necessary training materials as required to support training initiatives.
- Manage the gathering and issuance of accredited course assessments and records, both classroom and e-learning based, and liaise with the Awarding Body as necessary.
- Coordinate the procurement of Associate trainers, goods, and services for the Training Centre, maintaining expenditure records.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership and Personal Development team and trainers.
- Collaborate with the HRSS team to ensure programs are fully utilized and records in OLM are accurately maintained.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR and functional colleagues, offering advice and support on non-HR funded training events.
- Proactively manage HRSS residual queries from key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee centralized communications for the team, including joining instructions and templates for development activities and program information.
- Liaise with Planners to deliver a seamless planning, booking, and administration service to customers.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven administrative and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Prioritization abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a Customer Service type environment.
- Knowledge and experience of training administration.
