Job Description

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently

Position: Admin Officer
Location: Bury St Edmunds HMCTS
Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £11:88, with holiday entitlement and a pension scheme available.

Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity in the public sector? Our client is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis! This role is fully office based.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • General Administration Duties
  • Opening/sorting post
  • Data Entry
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls and answering any Queries
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Carrying case files across different floors
