Job Description

Case Admin

Location: Hollesley Bay, Woodbridge
Salary: Hourly rate £11.59
Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm, 37 hours per week.



Our Public Sector based Client is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to provide essential administrative support within the Offender Management administrative hub. This role involves maintaining administration systems and servicing local courts within specified timescales. This a Full Time 12 week Temporary contract with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

Process paperwork for various Offender Management functions.
Organise, produce, and maintain accurate records.
Take inbound Outbound calls
Act as the contact point for team communications, distributing them appropriately.
Complete monitoring returns and input requisitions into the finance database.
Prepare paperwork for managerial checks, including sentence calculations.
Correspond with stakeholders to ensure information sharing.
Maintain and check databases, manual filing systems, and logs, producing reports as required.
Act as secretary to meetings, organising agendas, taking, and distributing minutes.

Proficiency in English
