Job Description
Are you ready to support a dynamic team in a vital administrative role with our client Marine Management Organisation? Brookstreet is seeking an organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our client Shoreham office for a part-time position (18 hours per week, over three days). This is a temporary ongoing assignment via Brookstreet until 3rd of Feb 25 with a possibility of an extension based on client budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone queries, take messages, and log calls through our contact system
- Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and overseeing three local shared mailboxes
- Accurately input fishing activity data into our in-house system and verify electronic/catch records
- Proactively track down missing or late fishing logs
- Assist personal callers and manage office filing needs
Role Details:
- Location: Shoreham Office- Marine Management Organisation, Pilots Watch House, Southwick Beach, Portslade Brighton, BN41 1WD
- Pay rate: £12.42/hr
- Hours: 18 hours over three days (flexible schedule, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday preferred but this can be changed based on your needs)
