Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to work for a well known body in Dudley.

You will be working as part of an established team completing Administration tasks such as Data Entry, Filing, Answering telephones, Query management and other admin tasks as needed.

This role is a Temporary on-going role, working 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Hourly payrate meets National minimal/living wage.

To be successful in this role you will need to show the following characteristics

Strong Administration Skills
Good Communication Skills
Attention to detail
The ability to Multitask
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
The ability to prioritize

Essential Criteria

You must be completely reference checkable for the last 3 years
You must be able to provide Current photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence)
Due to the nature of this role you will need to go through a Standard DBS Check as a minimum. This will be at a cost of £26.00.
